  • Encryption at rest (AES-256, AWS KMS)

  • Network isolation via VPCs and security groups

  • Role-based access control (RBAC) and MFA

  • Continuous monitoring and access logging


5. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We share data only as necessary to operate the Service and never sell personal data.

Subprocessors may include:

Customer Access

  • Users can only access data within their authorized workspace

  • Workspace administrators manage permissions

Internal Access

  • Restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis

  • Access may be granted for customer support or incident response

  • All access is logged and monitored

Third-Party Access

  • Subprocessors access data only as required to deliver contracted services


8. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention

  • Chat content and uploaded data are retained until deleted by the customer or per contractual agreement

  • Logs are retained for limited periods for operational and security purposes

  • Backups follow defined lifecycle policies

Deletion

  • Customers may delete conversations or entire workspaces at any time

  • Deleted data is removed from active systems within a defined timeframe

  • Data is removed from backups as they expire (typically within 30–35 days)
